Started later than hoped but had to sort kids and the dog before being away for a few days...
Alternated between 1' easy and 2' mainly to save time but it felt fine...
I Alsop just had to run up and down the road outside the house basically which is slightly uphill one way and down the other...
The tempos were more like 3:40 or 3:55 depending on the direction..
I didn't notice it too much during the reps but in the easy cool down I could feel my left calf was sore right at the bottom...didn't feel like achilles but it stiffened up quite quick.
Driving to Bristol 15 minutes later didn't help but seemed to was off during the day as I walked around a bit.
