Easy group run no issues

Plan said 60' easy but had busy family stuff after work so didn't manage it later in the day because feeling tired. Thought I would save it for the 4 hours next bed by 8:50pm on a Saturday!

struggled a bit for the middle hour with the hunger but knew it would pass....didn't effect running just couldn't get food out of my thoughts!

I took it really easy at first and the last hour was more technical with some climbing so I just kept it as easy as possible.

No issues legs wise and home sharpish for breakfast.

60' Easy with Speed Variations

Nice warm morning and the first real time my legs had a bit of spring back in them I think since L100.

Stuck to the fire trails of the Forest and felt good so did 10 X 40 instead of 8.

woke up feeling a bit rough, Charlottte has had sore throat , swollen glands for a day or two so guess its my turn.

Started easy and tried to keep the effort big climbs but lots of muddy, uneven sections out and back...

my heart rate felt a little higher than usual and more tired afterwards than normal but apart from that good morning for a run.

60' Easy + Technical Exercises

No issues with easy running around Llandegla Forest with the dog then did two sets of the tech exercises, first time I had one them properly for a while after my heel pain and ankle injury but seemed to be OK.....Hamstring extensions were a bit laboured but everything else was fine.

*I did feel my heel hurt again later in the evening.

2hrs Specifc Endurance (CDR)

Had a group run to do so did an hour on my first then 90 minutes with them at V slow pace. CDR was fine once I had got going and no issues really running.

Still feel general tightness but every run is feeling better.

I had some food after about 2hr mark before going hone for a decent lunch.
