Started early with it being CDR for the first 2.5 hours on a perfect morning for running at Llandegla.
Having looked at the Glencoe route profile it looks like there is a longish climb from the start which suits Llandegla well for training.
I can park up and run uphill for 45 mins gradually on good paths so chose this option...
Great run. Felt easy. No isues with hunger, energy or the foot.
The injury was pretty much all I though about for most of the time though protecting it at all costs walking any technical or steep sections.
This might have helped because I could have kept going today!!
Later in the day I could feel the pain a little again but happy I could at least get the session done.
