Started off fine, bit quick maybe when looking at the watch but I am not sure I trusted it today..
Seemed to bounce from 3:30 to 3:50 without me changing much...
I definitely recovered well in-between which I think I do on these short tempos.
There is a flat loop of a park locally that I used and went clockwise for 5 reps then changed direction, this didn't work well for two reps....maybe the wind or whatever so I changed direction and it was fine again. (its flat)
No issue with the 1% niggle but its still there, only worth noting in case it develops.
I felt nice and bouncy after it actually but have felt a bit of a cold coming on since.
