Basically wanted to climb plenty with the poles....all very easy still with a few long efforts for the climbing.

All felt pretty easy really and no effects to quads afterwards or real tiredness.

Nice warm up I reckon.

My hand was cut from yesterday on the palm which meant the poles had to be just used on the glove attachment if that makes sense but no issue apart from that.

Hit the deck and cut my hand open, pretty rocky in parts but nothing serious.

Forgot my gels so kept the easy honest but finished at a cafe so no big deal
