Back to Wales and cooler weather...

I spent the morning looking for those paths and tracks that didn't really exist to make the terrain as tough as possible. Lots of mud, bracken, icey stream crossings etc....just fancied making it tougher if possible.

This was as much vert as I could manage close to home too but felt pretty strong still.

I did bash my shin running up some rock terrain and have a decent cut but apart from that no issues.

Felt like shit when I woke up but the sunshine helped me feel a bit better...

Had no issues through the day, very easy and throat issues cleared.

I am not 100% but ate well at home etc and went to bed early

4 hours pretty easy after driving to the Lakes for work on Saturday.

It was pretty windy around and I felt like a cold was coming, sore to swallow etc.

I hiked a lot more than I would usually but wasn't too bad.

Felt a bit drained after it.
