20 mins short of the 5 hours given but the weather was horrendous for the second half, I never chafe but today I did.....my right testicle felt like it was being sand papered for way over and hour, I started to get a bit cold and bailed at the car instead of running past.

I felt good though, it was windy and hard rain all morning so to feel comfortable (within reason) was good despite falling short on time.

No issues apart from needing a new ball bag.

A friend who lives locally isn't feeling great mentally right now, not that you need to know that but he loves mountain biking but has not been out in months so I am joining him once a week - easy trails and effort.

I changed the timings but forgot to change the amount of reps for the intervals....got to 5 then realised my mistake so just did them.

Worked up a hill of mixed gradient and felt OK once I got going....recovered well from each one I think, pissing down.

I can do this session straight from the house rather than a 40 minute round trip to a football pitch for diagonals so will stick with this if thats OK

Enjoy being on the lanes once a week too for it.....

Kept the easy bits easy and seemed to recover quicker than last week too

Sunny but colder morning, thought I might need gloves at one point but soon warmed up.

Moderate genuinely feels easy again now which felt good.....all comfortable for the two hours.
