thought I was getting better but a backward step after that moderate run.

Drove to France also so that probably didnt help with poor sleep etc

I am in Eurodisney which isn't difficult to get a run done but felt like shit and I can feel a cough coming so havent run today.

Plan to on Saturday though see how things go.

Woke up feeling better than yesterday with no real sneezing or swelling so I tried a moderate run ....I was def still full of cold but felt OK to be running a session again

I had to drive to France the same day.

Was meant to be a 4hr long run but I woke up looking like I had been in the bocing ring with sinuses full.

I got my stuff ready.

Thought I would go and do 2 hours, then I decided on 1 ....then I just had a nap.

really annoyed as I felt great last week but then the trip to the hospital on Friday with Wilder plus both of them being sick in the last two weeks means it was inevitable I guess.

I did an easy coaching session in the evening....cleared lots after the sleep but lethargic.

yeah - felt like shit but started the session and felt OK running, I got through half the diagonals and knew that I was fighting a virus or something.

Just no energy on them so cut them short a little and finished them off best I could, had a sleep after it to try and help

Easy run / walk with the dog. Not feeling great at all with head cold plus real sinus issues so took it very easy

Easy work, snowed pretty hard which made me feel even colder than it was with a bug but no issues.
