Running (mixed) 52:00 [3] 9.5 km (5:28 / km) +112m 5:10 / km

Long run with dad and dog. Fast(ish) pace - but with interuptions - a few tough sections but not too bad.
I will try to keep pushing these longer runs to improve my endurance over the next month or so.

First 8k timed run in a while - met my target of 40 minutes. :)
Will try to keep doing a few more over the winter - my target is to reach 36 minutes by spring (4:30 minute kms)
