Running race (Park Run) 20:33 [4] 5.1 km (4:02 / km) +29m3:55 / km
My first ever Park Run! - Felt quite good. First km was a lot quicker than the rest - need to try to bring the others closer to it and push harder at the end. Met my goal of 21 minutes though :) Will aim for sub 20 next time!
Short run from home [just a tiny bit muddy!] - I once again felt a bit stiff after yesterday, BUT I just need to keep pushing harder sessions without over doing it...
Very gentle run with dog. Quads felt really tight after my hill reps. I don't know why I keep on feeling so bad after intervals etc. - guess I just need to keep building them up...
