Week 3 Review:
Been really busy which has impacted on the amount of training I've done. I'll put this week behind me, but I really need to make sure I'm training every week. When I get more running in next week, I also need to do core and strength!
As I start to increase my speed, there will be significant technical work to match this. Race pace training and other races should be key in practising this - I need to be planning ahead and sticking to what I choose.

Stretching etc. 6:00 [1]

Running warm up/down 10:00 [1]

Orienteering race (Middle) 43:21 [4] 5.6 km (7:44 / km) +50m 7:25 / km

GPS stopped so guessing distance. Lots of the run was really good, it was quite easy technically so the focus was fast running and simplification. I did this quite well, but sometimes ran ahead of my navigation which led to a few small slip-ups. One big mistake at 17, wasn't paying quite enough attention to the details and was left of the control. Not too happy, but enjoyed the course!

Stretching etc. 4:00 [1]
