Run up to the top of monte acuto - not full effort as I did have a long way back!

Running 1:20:00 [3] 10.0 km (8:00 / km) +120m 7:33 / km

Return run, dad was a bit slow though...

3 x 1km intervals up to the castle - with recovery run back. 4.20 up first time, which I just about maintained for the second 2.

Cycle ride from hotel. Nothing too strenuous but a few fun pushes - and a long climb!
