Orienteering 20:00 [2] 3.0 km (6:40 / km)

NWJS Xmas bash - planned by Matt - fun team exercises so little training...

Orienteering 18:00 [3] 2.3 km (7:50 / km) +58m 6:57 / km

Peg relay (individual) so put a bit more effort in - nav not too shabby - need to work on clean exits and straight lines at speed in the new year - but slightly slowed down by Noah's interesting control hanging !!!

Running warm up/down 12:00 [2] 2.0 km (6:00 / km)

After being ill was really busy and training was dropped a little bit... Away before Christmas so will keep a bit of rest up until then before starting 'proper' training again into the new year - no excuses then...

NWJS training at Thwaite Head - put the focus on visualisation with some line exercises - seemed okay - but for races need to think more about simplification - practice with more compass and middle distance in the new year.

In the dark without watch, so pace a bit of a guess - felt quick but difficult to say in the dark!
