Started off high intensity, but kind of ran out of inspiration... Need to head down to the gym!

Running intervals 20:30 [3] 4.0 km (5:08 / km) +15m 5:02 / km

1 min max, 1 min rceovery x 10 - went with the dog who didn't really seem very keen to be doing intervals, so wasn't quite the effort it should have been...
