hamstrings tight, so maybe I did manage to work them yesterday!

Really not sure what to do about my hip - going to try 'resting' it a bit longer, but I really want to be training...

Easy jog to see how everything is - hip just starting to hurt towards the end...

Acute leg work - although avoiding working my hip too much - no pain from it.

Orienteering 25:30 [3] 3.0 km (8:30 / km) +13m 8:19 / km

Corridor exercise I made - quite accurate really, one section where a lack of map messed with my distance perception - proof that compass and pacing helps in vaguer terrain...

Running 14:00 [1] 2.1 km (6:40 / km)

Dodgy hip flexor again, so easy back with a few controls - and lost Dad!

Note

Hip flexor really seems to be irritating me - so strengthening it might not be best either for a few days [although neither shall walking around London...]
