First 'long' run in a while - was hoping to get a bit further, but my knee was really starting to bother me and affecting technique, so wound it in.
I think I must have Osgood Schlatters even if I am relatively old, so probably ought to start taking it seriously...

lots of rolling my quads - hoping this tightness is the bulk of my problem...

Probs taking at least a week off running, but just a few things to think about when I get back;
I've finally figured out how to measure my cadence, which is 150 spm, so working on increasing that might be quite handy...
Also drills for running technique, particularly once I start getting tired would be worthwhile.
