First 'long' run in a while - was hoping to get a bit further, but my knee was really starting to bother me and affecting technique, so wound it in.
I think I must have Osgood Schlatters even if I am relatively old, so probably ought to start taking it seriously...

lots of rolling my quads - hoping this tightness is the bulk of my problem...

Probs taking at least a week off running, but just a few things to think about when I get back;
I've finally figured out how to measure my cadence, which is 150 spm, so working on increasing that might be quite handy...
Also drills for running technique, particularly once I start getting tired would be worthwhile.

Delamere in the rather dark - stuck to the bigger paths which meant my knee was a bit annoying... I'll start taping again, and hope for the best tomorrow!

Acute strength work - need to start doing this a lot more often (and find some more exercises) else I'm just going to break - little bits most days would be best...

Quite tight from yesterday - probs didn't warm down properly with my knee.
Note: decided to log stretching stuff properly so I can make sure I'm actually doing it...
