Running (Chelsfield 8) 52:33 [3] 8.0 km (6:34 / km) +135m 6:03 / km
ahr:146 max:152

Muddy & pretty tough going. Horses have really churned the paths up. Felt ok, better than last time I did this run, and was 2mins faster today even though it was muddier.

Cycling (Wrotham loop) 2:58:32 [3] 66.0 km (2:42 / km) +935m 2:32 / km

Fantastic day - nicest of the year so far - so had to go out. Felt weak & lethargic for the first 15mins & thought I'd have to cut it very short, but again came good after that & kept it at low intensity for a really enjoyable ride. Stunning countryside through Eynesford, Horton Kirby, Vigo, Wrotham, & Shoreham.

Cold feels like its nearly gone. Also no nausea/lightheadedness since yesterday morning so hopefully that's finished.

Orienteering race (Long Valley Green) 41:59 [3] *** 4.78 km (8:47 / km) +120m 7:48 / km
ahr:150 max:165

Felt fairly ropey on the way so wasn't sure I'd do anything, but the Green course was only 4k & it was too cold to sit around waiting for Dave. I started woefully, clueless for the first 3 with mush for brain and feeling awful moving, then couldn't find #6 (#132) (apparently it was there according to the organiser, but, "yeah, that area isn't well mapped so it might have been in the wrong spot". Hmmm.). Then I weirdly just started feeling fairly normal again & got into a groove where I plodded the rest without stopping or losing any time. Am guessing they'll MP me (and others) despite acknowledging #132 was wrong.

Dave had another altercation with an army guy out there who told him to get off the area. I think Dave used a hand gesture this time rather than vocalised his response.

(sick)

Sick, started last night. Basically can't stand up without chucking up. Figuring either bog ingestion, migraine, or vertigo. Or a combo.
