Warmup around the big grassy area at Thacher SP. Trying a b it to get the kinks out from no run yesterday.

Meant to run after our liesurely drive to Albany across NH and VT on back roads, but putting up tents and going out to eat, etc. made me forget all about it. So an unintentional rest day.

Bicycle birding for 3 1/2 hours. Lovely day.

Ditto. 37 species. Discovered large area of runnable woods and crossable streams up Kearsarge Brook east of cemetery.

Rt 16 and 16b to Tilney's farm and return. some headwind each way. Glorious day.
Running - road or flat 57:37 [2]9.5 km (6:04 / km)
Out and back Bog Brook Rd in Prospect Farm from the gate with Heather. Great smooth gravel surface, generally flat.

Redlined Eagle Mtn Path before biking home. A mini-Wildman day.

Fast walk downtown (library, EMS) on trails via tennis court, woodlot, and W.W. 3.65 km, 33 min. Back via Kearsarge Rd and back way in 3.67 km, 36 min with books and bear barrel in tote bag.
