Saturday Nov 4

Running - hilly or rough 1:05:00 [3] 3.5 mi (18:33 / mi) +250m 9:27 / km
Up and down North Uncanoonuc in Goffstown, around a bit at the top. Beautiful (often steep and slippery leaves on sloping ledge) trail in open pine-hemlock, then ledgy open oak forest on top. Cold but clear. Then more running, exploring around the top of South Uncannonuc with its countless antenna towers

Thursday Nov 2

Treadmill warm up/down 22:00 [2] 2.3 mi (9:34 / mi)
5% at 8.5 min/mi after first 5 min.
Weights/stretching 1:00:00 [2]
Nautilus - 12 machines at 3x10 each.

Wednesday Nov 1

Running - hilly or rough 1:41:00 [2] 6.4 mi (15:46 / mi) +120m 9:16 / km
Mt. Surprise Tr to New England Inn with Heather, GPSing the ski trails. Lovely day. Trail not as wet as I expected.

Tuesday Oct 31

Biking 25:00 [1] 4.0 mi (6:14 / mi) +60m 3:43 / km
Downtown for a teeth cleaning and library.

Monday Oct 30

Walk/Hiking/Snowshoe 35:00 [1] 1.9 mi (18:25 / mi)
Walked Village roads on nice evening.
Note
Three hours of trail clearing behind the house and up toward the pool.

Sunday Oct 29

Running - road or flat tempo 51:06 [3] 5.3 mi (9:37 / mi) +100m 5:40 / km
H.M. Rd, O.B. Rd to Cranmore, around statue, Whit. Lane, I.C. Rd, and up Crestview and F.R. This is a good training loop, though all the hill is at the end. 19:10 for first two miles (generally downhill); tempo speed in miles 2-4, 9:18 pace for measured mile. Died near end of this and slowed down on uphill. This is the first time I have really pushed since the heart problem started.
Note
Cranmore Half Marathon today, which I skipped because of lack of motivation to train while dealing with the heart thing. Kris and Andy both set P.R.s in spite of wind, drizzle, and cool.
