Mt Langdon via Mt Langdon Tr and Mt Stanton Tr (redline). This is a great trail run. SSC only 0.1 except up Mt Stanton itself. 1/4 inch of crunch on the ground. Last (mostly) warm day for a while.

Heather and I ran the Hurricane Mountain Rd double traverse. Nice in the fog. A bear crossed the road in front of us by the Kearsarge North trailhead.
Felt good to have my heart working efficiently again. We took it slowly, especially the second downhill. I never got breathing very hard. Splits 41, 28, 40, 38.
