Saturday Dec 9

Walk/Hiking/Snowshoe 2:40:00 [1]6.2 mi (25:48 / mi)
S and I hiked Sam Willey Trail (redline) both ways, and Saco Valley Trail to Dry River Trail then back to car on road. Lovely day with 2 inches snow except where drifted to 8 inches.

Friday Dec 8

Treadmill 24:00 [3]2.1 mi (11:25 / mi) +150m 5:49 / km
All at 5%, 10 min at 10 min/mile.
Weights/stretching 1:30:00 [2]
Nautilis again.
Note
It finally snowed a little last night. Less than an inch here but more at higher elevation.

Thursday Dec 7

Walk/Hiking/Snowshoe 2:30:00 [1]5.3 mi (28:17 / mi) +420m 14:07 / km
Up Eagle Cliff Tr (redline) to Red Hill with Suzanne and AMC group. Pace was ok when walking but lost of stops, so took well over 2 hours. I left the group at the top (they continued the traverse) and returned by Eagle Cliff Tr and Teedie Tr (redline) as fast as I could walk on sometimes slippery oak leaves. 56 min down for 2.7 miles.

Wednesday Dec 6

Note
One hour flagging trail to Hurricane Mtn rd. Marshy ground and stream problem compounded by a new 20 inch oak blowdown that left a 10 inch tree hung up at 45 degree angle. So route is far from ideal.

Tuesday Dec 5

Running - road or flat 1:30:00 [3]5.9 mi (15:15 / mi) +120m 8:55 / km
Crown Ridge and Cranmore with Heather. Pretty fast pace and my legs were tired from all the recent effort. She was ahead most of the time.

Monday Dec 4

Running - hilly or rough 1:15:00 [2]3.5 mi (21:25 / mi) +440m 9:34 / km
Black Mountain Ski Trail (redline) with Heather. 1/2 inch frozen snow, chilly wind. Probably the last mountain run this year.
