Down Skyline, railroad and Pereimeter Trail to Cranmore where grandchildren were swimming.

2% 12-10 min/mile knees and hips a bit sore from yesterday so took it easy

Crown Ridge and Redtail almost to top of BlackCap and return. Felt strong going up, maybe the weight workouts are working. Flying at times down. Blue sky and perfect temperature, no wind. Mt Washington is white again. I love living and running here!
