Long run on Rangiototo. 36km. The last 8km (out and back along the coastal track) was quite energy sapping.
Legs felt good for 35km. The last km was terrible and my left little toe started rubbing against the side of my shoe and then starting bleeding.
Magical Achilles stretch ensured i didn't feel my Achilles at all.
