Endurance (long) 2:30:00 [3]

Long run on Rangiototo. 36km. The last 8km (out and back along the coastal track) was quite energy sapping.

Legs felt good for 35km. The last km was terrible and my left little toe started rubbing against the side of my shoe and then starting bleeding.

Magical Achilles stretch ensured i didn't feel my Achilles at all.

Continued to read The China Study after.

Finished coaching the St Cuths kids and then went to the gym. I'm getting weaker again.

Stamina (The Sausage Maker) 30:00 [3]

This was dreadful. Surge/Respond and Counter Surge exercise. Lee smashed me. The last one I couldn't counter surge back past lee. Matt fell off the back. We all wanted to spew. Really good training that i need to do to toughen up.

Power (Drills and stride outs) 45:00 [3]

Warm up around the lower domain tracks and then drills and stride outs. Legs felt fine. Achilles Magic Stretch great. Been 10 days since i felt even a twinge.
