Warmed up quite quickly this morning. Still felt a little weak and tired but cv fine. First 5 km all between 3:35 and 3:38 and then my calf got right and felt like it was about to pop so I stopped and had a stretch and then jogged back. Stopped just in time I think because it was fine for the jog back and I can't feel any tenderness while I am jabbing my fingers into it. Phew, lucky, that was a close call.
