Warmed up quite quickly this morning. Still felt a little weak and tired but cv fine. First 5 km all between 3:35 and 3:38 and then my calf got right and felt like it was about to pop so I stopped and had a stretch and then jogged back. Stopped just in time I think because it was fine for the jog back and I can't feel any tenderness while I am jabbing my fingers into it. Phew, lucky, that was a close call.

I felt so tired this evening. I almost fell asleep lying in the sun on back in between series of exercises. That would have been embarrassing at the gym.

Went into the hot pool after to relax and that turned me into even more of a zombie.

On the upside, my calf feels normal so stopped before doing damage this am. Phew. That would have irritated me.

Felt tire and weak but could do heavier reps more easily. Strange. Think it was more mental tiredness.
