Ok, another improvement compared to last week but found it hard to get going as I hard a sore right bum, felt like a sore nerve. Wore off as I went on.

Did 6x3min efforts thought one of the hill reps was like 2:30min so had to sprint down the hill

Tried to do 45min as I have my brothers wedding tomorrow and I would prefer just to do one run on Friday as Im sure ill be busy. Anyway, end up only running like 40min as I was just tired from a uni day and did yoga as well and have a fucking pile of school work to do. Ill make up the rest of the minutes.

Solid run, legs felt a little heavy especially during the diagonals, which I did 10 of. Overall though fairly satisfied.

Pretty happy with this run as I took it very consertative and was two minutes quicker than last time I did it. Furthermore, I can feel my legs adapting to the hill training.
