Had a massage before run, felt good

But as soon as started felt really tight hamstring today, so sore. Plus was just exhausted, ran down hills fast (faster were still slow) and jogged hills slow

There was back burning going on in canberra so instead of breathing in the ash I went inside I did it on a treadmill (sorry martin) but Im not breathing that shit in. Anyway put the treadmill on 15km an hour and then did speed reps of 1min, 2,3,4 1,2,3,4 at 3:10km pace. Treadmill was on a gradient of 1percent not sure if that is accurate.

Felt pretty tired and kept thinking about stuff at work. Legs were a little sore also from sunday but doing my best and got the session done. Would love to get these sessions done with some else too.

Tried doing most of this as a threshy but I had to go pretty slow for last 30minutes as the road is extremely dangerous, lots of loose steps.

Run was about 550m elevation then down and then down authorised of mountain and then run back up.
