4x75m (approx) with short rest, in soggy grass; enough to get breathing hard; felt tight so did not do another set, planned

attempting a track workout today since hamstring is OK . . . maybe something light on grass like 4x50m (2x) . . . wish me luck. going to take it very easy and concentrate on not injuring myself even it it means just jogging it.
