legs did not feel great, sluggish from a day of eating debauchery the day before, phew, no fun running full and bloated, but the goal was to get the legs moving fast, which is what I did.

walk/ jog from Metrolink home, trying a double to catch up from sick time . . . worried about injury but I started walking when I felt muscles start to tighten. didn't even have to ice after. maybe things are starting to toughen up
