just a 15 min test drive of the knee, no pain but very still and clicky like it's not tracking right.

last night of training at SMTC for this session, felt pretty good. I made every session. Starts up again after a two week break.

stretched out the hams with the theraband. downward dog. locus. IT band stretch. it's all good. I will definitely miss Jen's stretching sessions. Too bad can't make her class on Mondays, I would def check it out.

bike commute to work, because the knee is hinky and the weather is nice, forgot how looooong it takes to ride in, and how close I am to instant death or major injury on the bike many times per ride, geez, gotta get my cycling cojones back. just one brake failure away from the ER. PN rest day.

may have to switch to the bike for the recovery day because the knee is still hinky and clicking and stiff.

just a short jaunt to get the blood flowing before church, knee still stiff and weird clicks, so more rest from running. this is a PN recovery day anyway.
