so nice out could not pass up a run and did not want to work on my bike. noticed I'm really banging my left side, perhaps some sort of compensation. no wonder the knee is getting stiff. no pain on this run, just pure joy to be outside and moving around.

spent about two hours getting my bike ready, an hour of which was just getting my work area together, then found out my chain break tool was broken, argh so had to ride with a long chain which kept skipping, but the 45 min ride on GT felt pretty good. not many days like this in Feb. yay global warming! :|
