phew, did not feel great, trying to decide whether to sign up for stl senior games, and this did not help. only 3 weeks and 6 workouts, not sure that will make a big difference. deadline is Monday.
ps--if I could even maintain that 600 pace from today for 1500m, that yields a 6:40, which is nearly a minute slower than two years ago, and 0:40 slower than last year. that would be terribly demotivational to clock a time that slow.
