Penrose Park velodrome Sprint night . . . 4 races, single lap standing start chariot race . . . win-n-out elimination . . . 3 lap scratch . . . short and fast. my bread and butter races. I did well on the start, which is all power, like one rep max squats . . . but got my lunch eaten by some fast 20-something hipsters with legs. but, I won the consolation chariot race (C), "the best of the worst". :) it was fun though.
