1x50m breast

other strokes are pretty rough
water felt good on a hot day

warmup in 100+ heat index at the velodrome, didn't need much warmup

R 20:00 [4]

changed the schedule to match sprints since only 14 people showed, typically 40-50 racers . . . so three max efforts over a couple hours. heat made it very challenging, even with ice packs between races and 4 bottles of hydration mix. I survived.

moving furniture and book boxes with the dolly, phew this was a tough workout, especially moving the bed frame all the way down the basement stairs, only to realize it would not turn the corner, then moving it all the way up again. argh. frustrating but a great workout!
