Didn't have a lot of go and made plenty of small-ish mistakes. Wasn't very happy.

Bloody hard work trying to get away from Paul. He can move on the rough stuff. Still not a great run, but a whole lot better

MTB on the Linksfield route. Up the Alp in 6:09 - a bit slow due to the extra weight and easy gears perhaps.
Had to work the whole way
