Better feeling today, happy with choice of clothes, just need to sort out the issue of freezing cold toes after 3 hours. Stopping the water from freezing is becoming an issue too.

Tits n' bits. Fast pace workout with 5-10 second gap between reps.
no increase in weights just more reps.
Chest, fore arms/biceps and neck shoulders.

What a difference in time it takes when there is a covering of snow on the ground and the increase in resistance is quiet big. (about 5 kmph slower)

Snow arrived today, so first ride on the Fat bike, first 40km was good but back pain kicked in. Made some changes to help with the back and it did help but was not the answer. Maybe loose the back pack completely and do some more core workouts. Also neck and shoulders need some gym time too.
