2 different intervals sessions, 12x cycling between 9.5 and 17 kmh for 200m, followed by 12x 45s between 10 and 18.7 kmh, was fading a bit towards the end of the last 2 quick ones. Good cv workout though!
Lovely New Year's run round Harbury with Abby. Fine crisp morning without a cloud in the sky. Bit cold and ground very wet from the recent rain, but nice village circuit up to 5-ways.
