A nice gentle run round Honley Wood. I haven't orienteered here before and really enjoyed this nice open deciduous wood. I hadn't had a run for 2-3 weeks, so took this gently and jogged round really. I did find the terrain quite slippy in places and would really like to have had dobs on the mossy rocks and some of the slopes. Some of the green was a bit denser than I'd anticipated and the holly did a fine job of lacerating me in a few places. Sill it was very pleasant once the sun came through.
