Royds Hall Blue 6.2 km +250m. Really lovely morning to run in these beechwoods. I didn't have the best run mind, overshot loads of controls, just seemed to find the scale really odd. It was pretty physical too. Knee held up ok but it is swollen again now..

Aire Night Score League - Golden Acre Park. First time I've run on this map, although I know the park pretty well. Had a good run tonight, bagging 25 controls over the 2 maps, with 30 available. Had 9 seconds to spare. Got a bit icy in places, but its a fast runnable area for sure. Knee held up well, so hoping that's improving
