Lovely early Sunday morning run with Abby up and round Kirkstall Abbey and back along the canal. Nice crisp clear day and no one about apart from one or two dog walkers..

Good fun night race round Golden Acre, first in the wednesday night score series. Over 40 runners, which did make the first few controls a bit of a queue to be honest. I got 25 / 28, chose not to go for the one in the middle of the lake as I had to pick up C from a meeting afterwards and wasn't sure how well dripping pond water would go down... Perhaps if the points premium had been more than 1 I might have considered it... Very enjoyable though
