A riverloop after decision to not go up Nebo. Quite good though. Few people out because of the gold coast ride

I was pretty tired after yesterday so I eventually got around to this in that late afternoon. Felt not too bad in the end. from slaughter fall up to the road, around below the lookout and then onto the smaller trails in the top of the slaughter falls area.

Ride from home to maimi gold coast. Howling headwind the entire way. Rode out along the south East bus way. Not sure that you are supposed to though. The new bike goes pretty well.

Intervals at the oval near home. Didn't feel like it at all. I was stiff after driving back from Chinchilla. 8 x 400m on 2 mins before I gave up.

Cycling on the trainer inside. Warm Up then 2 mins on 1 off for 6 times then 1 min on 1 off before 6 c 30 sec on 30 sec off. All at medium cadence but high resistance.

Monday Oct 10, 2016 #

Intervals on the bike trainer. Warmup then 2 mins on 1 off with varying degrees of of cadence and resistance. Bit short as I had to get to work.
5 PM

Swimming 28:00 [3] 1.2 km (23:20 / km)

Second go at swimming it was still hard but good.
