Bit scrappy at the start but got much better after 3 then the rest of the course was fine. Just taking it easy, also forgot HR strap

Tougher part of the area than this morning - more difficult fine navigation and more undergrowth. Made mistakes on a few controls for different reasons, distance judgement, being slightly put off by people around but some good bits aswell
