Easy orienteering in Whinlatter however dressed as a present made it a bit harder!
Score event with christmassy twists at different control so lots of stopping.
Then a special cards race in teams. Much fun!

Body conditioning class at the sports centre. Hard work but felt good

Night event at Mawbray.
Was focussing on picture whihc was quite had in the dark, so also focussed on compass bearings. Was quite hard to see the contols in the dark so ran past a couple. Was good to practice navigation though.

Shorter run at a slightly faster pace. Was just trying to fit something in before going to tri.

Insanity session at tri, lead by Jackie. Was good but confusing at times.

Knee feeling fine whilst warming up so going o go ahead with intervals

Run intervals 14:07 [4] 3.26 mi (4:20 / mi)

4*(800m with 2 mins rest)
Was feeling slightly tired but went weel. Was along the cycle track so had to keep slowing for dogs etc, but pace was around 3.20 ish.

Run warm up/down 10:33 [2] 1.5 mi (7:02 / mi)

Run with dan, al, zac, louis and sunley. Was feeling quite tired so was a bit behind but kept going. Knee was feeling alright.
