Run 39:18 [3] 7.09 km (5:33 / km)
ahr:158 max:180 slept:8.0

WCOC club run (without Al, Dan and Zac) which meant the pace was a bit slower however was nice as i have defiantly got a head cold but it should be alright to train as long as i keep warm and also meant we got round the loop in the daylight!

S & C (Yoga) 1:00:00 [3]

Trying out a yoga class at the sports centre. Was good, defiantly harder than I thought it would be and was a god core, strength and stability workout as well as being good fro stretching. Will be attending this most mondays from now on.

Run 43:03 [2] 7.42 km (5:48 / km)
ahr:167 max:176 slept:5.0

Really easy run. Feeling quite tired as didn't get a very good sleep and feeling very grotty, didn't want to push it hard as didn't was to introduce a cold. Was a nice run out though.

Run (VO2 Max Test) 23:27 [5] 4.35 km (5:23 / km)
ahr:170 max:207 slept:9.0

VO2 Max test. Was quite nervous before doing it. Really wanted to get further than last time so that helped push me on. Started at 10km/h and went up to about 30 seconds into 17km/h so about 1,30 mins more than last time. HR was also lower throughout the test compared to last time. Whole graph has shifted right so its nice to see the improvements.
