Talent Squad Long Distance training at Loch of Boath. Set out with a focus on plan and ensuring that am always ahead with my plan so that i don't have to stop too much and will know where I'm going. Course went well apart from #2 where i just didn't have a good enough picture. Was good training.

Talent squad sprint training at Nairn. Focus was again optimum route choice and planning ahead. Worked well and didn't mess any up. Routes were always pretty good and managed to plan each leg before i got to the control. Felt pretty tired though.
