Orienteering (Owsen Fell) 48:06 [3] *** 5.1 km (9:26 / km) +250m 7:34 / km
spiked:15/15c

Was mostly foccusing on accurate navigation through compass bearings. All compass bearings were pretty accurate so made no navigational errors was just a bit slower as wasnt going flat out.

Run (Fartlek) 46:40 [4] 8.06 km (5:47 / km)
ahr:174 max:198

Fartlek run around town. Consisted of different length hard, fast sprints and a medium and then slow pace alternating between them. Tried to push up the hills as well.

Felt fine just a bit tired.

Swimming (Open water) 45:00 [3] 2.0 km (22:30 / km)

Was quite hard going as the waves were big but it was good to get out and keep the hip rested
7 PM

S & C 25:00 [4]

10 minutes on whole body and then 15 minutes focussing on core strength and stability

Run 53:26 [3] 9.32 km (5:44 / km)
ahr:155 max:196

Good run around down to the river then back along the 4 lane ends all on the road.

Was meant to go along the river off road but there were cows in every field so just turned around and ran along the road.

Everything felt fine, not too sore. Think the rest and cross training has helped the hip to settle down more
