Very muddy run in Setmurphy! Just kept it at a nice pace all the way round, legs felt good.

After being in Sweden for so long the navigation seemed like a piece of cake! All nav was very clean and accurate and was feeling fine, legs weren't too tired so everything was fine and was a very enjoyable run. Apart from the horrible unmarked gorse and bracken.
