3km Tempo run around the woods. Was following a loop round so wasnt fully flat and had some slippier muddy patches but was good. Was feeling strong all the way round.
Not feeling to bad, cold wise so hopefully am getting over it.

3km tempo run aound a loop in the woods. Was quite hilly and not all properly pathed so was a bit slower. Felt stong all the way round though which was nice.
