Blake's Heaven Fell Race

Really enjoyed it despite it being pretty horrible weather and feeling quite tired. Just kept it going, and trying to stay with the lady in front so I knew where to go.

On the last up to Owsen got past the lady who id been with and then she couldnt do the down hill so got quite far ahead. Went past another lady as well who gave some encouragement :).

Physiological Testing.
Wasn't feeling too bad but clearly am still a bit ill so they wouldn't let me go past 16 as my heart rate was quite high and was getting close to my max. Felt I probably could have gone further but they had got the data they needed, oh well.
