Feeling quite good most the way round and legs were keeping strong on all the hills, not feeling too tired and then had a good Sprint finish with Mr Bradley all the way down the last hill to the end :) Much fun!

Very much a fell run course tonight, but I really enjoyed it. Was feeling nice and strong and not coldy or tired. Focussing mainly on being accurate with my compass and routechoice, worked well and didn't really mess up any controls :)

Not feeling too bad, legs a little tired and chest a bit tight coming onto the summit in the wind but feeling quite good apart from that. Lots and lots of mud but all good fun :)
