Lovely evening, great course and a nice area. Nav was a bit scrappy especially at the start..who goes to two instead of one first?! Got better after the long leg but just wasn't fully in it ever. Anyway was a very good evening out :)

Both at a reasonable pace not too much slower than if doing flat intervals so felt like a speed/Hill session cross which was good. Legs tiring a bit towards the end.

Pretty stressful morning helping at the Clough Head race, so just decided to chill and explore some of the paths along the river. Was very hot!!! Deffo needed the paddle in the river afterwards

Got a bit lost on the other little hill...thought I was on a path but it just ended soo added in a but of terrain. Was a very enjoyable run in the sun :)
